• Copies of blood tests and any other testing
• List of any questions you would like answered 
• An open mind and commitment to invest in your health

What to expect –

• Lots of questions about your current and past health history. Dietary and lifestyle recommendations following this consultation, as you need to attend a Follow-Up consultation to receive your extensive Individualised Treatment Plan.

• Melissa goes through how the Metabolic Balance program works and she even shows you briefly her own food plan to allow you to have an understanding of what the program looks like. Remembering your foods will be completely different.
